U.S. Diagnostic L.V. Management L.L.C. is a mobile ultrasound and diagnostic imaging company serving the greater Las Vegas area. Our certified ultrasound technicians travel directly to physician offices, clinics, nursing homes, retirement communities, and other care facilities — eliminating the need for patients to travel to imaging centers.

All studies are interpreted in a timely manner by board-certified radiologists and cardiologists. We work with a wide range of specialists including family practitioners, cardiologists, gynecologists, gastroenterologists, urologists, neurologists, and more.

We accept most commercial medical insurance plans, Medicare, and uninsured cash-paying patients. Services are available on a set schedule or PRN basis to fit the needs of your practice.
